INVICA INFOTECH PVT LTD ("we," "our," "us," or "Company") operates the Contacts: Liquid Glass Dialer Android application ("App").
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App may access, why the App requires certain permissions, how information may be processed, how third-party services are used, and how you can control or delete information associated with the App.
By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Contacts: Liquid Glass Dialer is an Android contacts and phone/dialer application that may provide features including:
Contact management
Contact search
Phone dialing
Favorite contacts
Recent calls and call history
Incoming and outgoing call interfaces
Ongoing-call functionality
Contact information associated with calls
Post-call actions
Call-related notifications
Dialer and call-screen themes
Ringtone customization
Simulated or fake-call functionality
Other contact and phone-related features
Some features require Android permissions or special system access.
You control whether to grant permissions requested by the App, subject to Android's permission system.
The App may allow you to select it as your default Phone/Dialer application.
The App does not automatically become your default Phone/Dialer application. Android controls the default Phone/Dialer role, and you must authorize the App through the Android system.
Android's default Phone/Dialer role is designed for applications that provide a dial pad, initiate calls, provide an in-call interface, and allow users to view call history. A qualifying app must handle the ACTION_DIAL intent and implement InCallService.
If you choose to make our App your default Phone/Dialer application, the App may provide:
Dial-pad functionality
Outgoing calls
Incoming-call interfaces
Ongoing-call interfaces
Answer and decline controls
Call history
Contact information associated with calls
Post-call functionality
Other supported phone and dialer functions
You can change your default Phone/Dialer application through Android Settings at any time.
The App does not control Android's decision to assign or remove the default Phone/Dialer role.
The App may request access to contacts stored on your Android device.
The App may use contact information to:
Display your contacts
Search contacts
Display contact names and phone numbers
Associate contact names with phone numbers
Select contacts for calling
Display contact information during calls
Provide favorite contacts
Provide contact-management functionality
Contact information stored on your device may include names, phone numbers, email addresses, photographs, and other information that you have entered into your contacts.
The App may request permission to modify contacts when you use features that require contact changes.
This may include:
Creating contacts
Editing contacts
Updating contact information
Saving contact information
The App does not intentionally modify contacts except when required by a feature or action initiated by you.
The App may request access to your Android call history.
Call-log information may include:
Incoming calls
Outgoing calls
Missed calls
Phone numbers
Contact names, where available
Call date and time
Call duration
Other information provided by Android's call-log system
The App may use call-log information to provide:
Recent calls
Call history
Missed-call information
Contact-related call history
Post-call features
Other phone/dialer functionality
Call Log information is personal and sensitive user data. Google Play restricts Call Log permissions and requires an app using them to be actively registered as the default Phone or Assistant handler, subject to the applicable policy requirements.
The App does not use call-log information for advertising or unrelated purposes.
The App may access phone-state information required to provide phone and call-related functionality.
This may include information necessary to recognize relevant phone states, such as:
Incoming calls
Active calls
Call termination
Changes in call state
This information may be used to support incoming-call interfaces, ongoing calls, and post-call functionality.
The App may request permission to initiate telephone calls.
When you select a contact or phone number and choose to call, the App may use Android's phone functionality to initiate the call.
The App does not intentionally place ordinary calls without a user action or a feature that you have specifically configured.
The App implements Android's InCallService functionality.
When the App is the default Phone/Dialer application, this service may provide the user interface for incoming and ongoing telephone calls.
Depending on the call and device, the App may display:
Caller/contact information
Answer controls
Decline controls
Ongoing-call controls
Call duration
Contact information
End-call controls
Other supported call controls
Android documents InCallService as the service used by applications that provide functionality for managing phone calls.
The App may request permission to display notifications.
Notifications may be used for:
Incoming calls
Ongoing calls
Call-related actions
App-related information
Service notifications
Other supported App functionality
You can allow, deny, or change notification permissions through Android Settings.
The App may use Android's full-screen intent functionality for time-sensitive call-related interfaces.
This may allow supported incoming-call interfaces to appear when the device is locked or another application is being used, where Android permits this functionality.
This permission is intended to support the App's phone and call-related user experience.
The App may request Android's special Display over other apps permission.
If you grant this permission, the App may display supported call-related or post-call interfaces over other applications where necessary for the App's functionality.
This permission is controlled by Android system settings.
You may revoke this permission at any time through Android Settings.
The App may request Android's special permission to modify supported system settings.
For example, this permission may be used when you intentionally use the App's ringtone functionality to change the device's default ringtone.
Android controls this permission through system settings.
You may grant or revoke this access through your Android device settings.
The App may use vibration for:
Incoming-call alerts
Call-related feedback
Notifications
Other supported user-interface feedback
The vibration permission itself does not provide access to your personal information.
The App may provide a Fake Call or simulated incoming-call feature.
This feature allows you to configure a simulated call experience for personal, demonstration, testing, entertainment, or other purposes supported by the App.
A simulated call is not an actual telecommunications call.
Information that you enter while configuring a simulated call may be stored locally on your device to provide the requested functionality.
The App declares Android's MANAGE_OWN_CALLS permission.
This permission may be used for supported self-managed Telecom functionality, including functionality associated with the App's simulated or fake-call feature.
The App may use Android Telecom APIs to provide the corresponding call-like experience.
The App declares:
FOREGROUND_SERVICE
FOREGROUND_SERVICE_PHONE_CALL
These permissions support foreground execution associated with applicable phone-call functionality.
A phone-call foreground service may be used while an applicable call is active so that required call-related functionality can continue when the App's normal user interface is not visible.
The App may provide features that require reliable background execution, such as supported scheduled simulated calls.
Android battery optimization can restrict background activity.
Where necessary, the App may direct you to Android system settings so that you can decide whether to exclude the App from battery optimization.
This setting is controlled by you.
The App uses Internet access for applicable online functionality and third-party services integrated into the App.
These services include Firebase services such as:
Firebase Analytics
Firebase Crashlytics
Firebase Cloud Messaging
Firebase Remote Config
Internet access may be used to communicate with these services for applicable analytics, diagnostics, messaging, configuration, and other supported functionality.
The App may access information about the state of your Wi-Fi connection.
This may be used to determine network availability for supported Internet-dependent functionality.
This permission does not by itself provide the App with access to the contents of your network communications.
The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase.
Depending on how Analytics is configured within the App, Firebase Analytics may process information about how users interact with the App.
Analytics may be used to:
Understand App usage
Measure feature engagement

We use this information to:
Diagnose crashes
Fix bugs

The App uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
FCM may be used to deliver notifications and messages to the App.
Depending on the App's implementation, FCM may be used for:
App notifications
Service-related notifications
Feature-related messages
Other supported messaging functionality
Information processed through FCM depends on how the service is configured and used by the App.
The App uses Firebase Remote Config.
Remote Config allows the App to receive configuration values from Firebase without requiring an App update for every configuration change.
Remote Config may be used to configure supported:
App behavior
Features
Appearance
Settings
Other App parameters
The information processed by Firebase Remote Config depends on the Firebase configuration and SDK implementation used by the App.
The App may store certain information locally on your device to provide its functionality.
Depending on the features you use, this may include:
App preferences
Theme preferences
Dialer settings
Language preferences
Onboarding status
Fake-call settings
