Welcome to UP30 Esports. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and participation in our online gaming tournaments. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to participate in our tournaments.
Each participant must register with accurate and up-to-date information.

Registration

Participants must create an account and provide necessary details to join our tournaments.
Any fraudulent information may result in disqualification and a ban from future events.

Tournament Rules

Participants must adhere to the specific rules and guidelines provided for each tournament.
Cheating, hacking, or any form of unfair play is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.

Prizes

Prizes will be awarded as specified in the tournament details.
Winners will be notified via email or phone and must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.

Liability

UP30 Esports is not responsible for any technical issues, server downtime, or connectivity problems that may affect gameplay.
We are not liable for any personal injury or property damage resulting from participation in our tournaments.

Changes to Terms

UP30 Esports reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility:

- Players must have an in-game ID level of 40 or higher to participate.
Conduct:
- All participants must maintain respectful behavior towards other players, referees, and organizers.
- Offensive language, hate speech, or harassment is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.
Fair Play:
- Cheating, hacking, or using any unauthorized software is strictly prohibited.
- Match-fixing, collusion, or exploiting game mechanics is not allowed and will lead to disqualification.
Account Integrity:
- Participants must use their own gaming accounts and IDs. Account sharing is not permitted.
- Each participant is responsible for the security of their account.
Equipment:
- Participants are responsible for their own gaming equipment and internet connections.
- UP30 Esports is not liable for any technical issues on the participant's end.

2. Registration

Team Composition:
- Teams must consist of 4 players.
- Each team must register with a team name and the player IDs of all members.
- Teams are not allowed to change their in-game name after registration.
- Teams with unregistered players will be disqualified.
- Solo or duo participants are not allowed; results for incomplete teams will not be counted.
Registration Details:
- Participants must ensure all registration details are accurate and complete.
- Any false information may result in disqualification.

3. Match Rules

Match Settings:
- Matches will be played in the Battle Royale mode.
- Specific match settings (e.g., map selection, game mode) will be provided before the tournament begins.
- Emergency Pickup/Bagpack feature is disallowed. Teams using this feature will receive a 10-point deduction for the same match.
Lobby Details:
- The tournament organizer will provide lobby details and match schedules to all registered teams.
- All 4 players must join the room 5 minutes in advance. Late arrivals may forfeit their match.
- No complaints will be entertained for players sitting in your slot after the start time.
Game Start:
- Matches will start promptly at the scheduled time.
- Teams must be ready at least 10 minutes before the match start time.

4. Scoring

Points System:
- Points will be awarded based on kills and final placement.
- The detailed points distribution will be provided before the tournament begins.
- Screenshots of results are compulsory. Without them, no prize money will be awarded.
Tie-Breakers:
- In case of a tie in points, the team with the highest number of kills will be ranked higher.
- If still tied, the team with the best average placement across matches will be ranked higher.

5. Conduct During Matches

Gameplay Integrity:
- Teams must follow the in-game rules and guidelines.
- Any form of cheating, exploiting glitches, or unsportsmanlike behavior will result in disqualification.
- Teaming up with other players or hacking will lead to disqualification and a team ban.
Recording:
- All 4 players must record their entire gameplay with sound and background apps visible, at least three times per match.
- Recordings must be unedited and uncropped.
- If killed by a hacker, provide suitable recordings and death cam footage. The video should be convincing enough to support the claim.

6. Dispute Resolution

Reporting Issues:
- Any issues or disputes must be reported to the tournament organizer immediately.
- Participants must provide evidence (e.g., screenshots, video recordings) to support their claims.
Decisions:
- The decision of the tournament organizer is final and binding.
- Any disputes regarding game rules or conduct will be resolved at the organizer's discretion.

7. Prizes

Distribution:
- Prizes will be distributed as specified in the tournament details.
- Prize pool distribution will be done within 2-3 days after the tournament ends. Do not spam the admin's DM.
- Winners must provide valid payment details to receive their prizes.
- The payment cycle for prizes is 7 days.
Claiming Prizes:
- Winners will be notified via email or phone and must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.
- Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

8. Modifications

Rule Changes:
- UP30 Esports reserves the right to modify these rules at any time.
- Any changes will be communicated to participants before the tournament begins.
Tournament Changes:
- UP30 Esports may adjust tournament schedules, formats, and settings as necessary.

9. Agreement

Acceptance:
- By participating in the tournament, teams agree to all the terms and conditions mentioned above.
