Vehicle tax design and car purchase choices: a case study of Ireland. We examine the effect of the transition of the Irish vehicle taxation system from one based on engine capacity to one based on carbon dioxide emissions ratings.
Paying more for less in energy efficient rental properties. Using administrative data on the population of rental properties in the Republic of Ireland, we test for rental premiums associated with energy efficiency.
Notches in car tax CO2 policy. We examine the impact of notched CO2 vehicle tax policy on car purchase choices.
