Ivan Frankovic

I am an Economist at the European Central Bank (External Developments Division). 

Previously, I worked at the Deutsche Bundesbank on climate change risks (2020-2023) and at the Ministry of Finance in Norway, where I developed the fiscal policy analysis model NORA (2017-2020).

I received my doctoral degree from the Economic Department at the Vienna University of Technology in 2017.

My research interests lie in
