Community Service

IUP Student PSEA volunteers both time and resources toward the community and IUP campus.

On-Campus Community Service

During both semesters, IUP Student PSEA volunteered to represent the Education Department and gave back to professors and staff members!

IUP SPSEA walked to represent the Education Department in the Homecoming Parade.

IUP SPSEA created thank-you cards for professors and staff members to show gratitude.

Off-Campus Community Service

IUP Student PSEA held drives during the semesters to give back to the community surrounding the campus. IUP Student PSEA created cards during many holidays for the inclusion of all members of the community. IUP Student PSEA completed an outreach to teach at River Valley High School spending the day with the life skills classroom.

School Supply donation to a local school in Indiana, east Pike Elementary School.

IUP SPSEA created Thank You cards and gave them to our local VA for Veterans Day.

Thanksgiving Drive to give non-perishable foods to a local food bank for community members that were in need during the holiday seasons.

IUP SPSEA made holiday cards for community members that were in hospice cards over the holiday season.

RIVER VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL

IUP Student PSEA spent the day in the life-skills classroom at River Valley High School. Throughout the day, we played fall-themed games, made cookies, and created a lasting bond between River Valley High School and the IUP Student PSEA.
