This guide is intended for local & international presenters wishing to participate in IUDC.
1. Registration
Participants who wishes to present must register through the link provided in the home page, alongside payment in respective categories.
2. Submission
Presenters must submit two files in relation to the topics presented:

Abstract and Keywords:
Include a brief abstract summarizing the key points of your research.
Add relevant keywords that capture the essence of your work.
Format and Size:
Ensure that your poster follows the specified dimensions and format provided by the IUDC guidelines.
Common poster sizes include A0, A1, or specific dimensions in inches or centimeters. Resolution must be 300 DPI.
Title and Author Information:
Include a clear and concise title that reflects the main theme of your poster.
List all authors and their affiliations. Make sure author names and affiliations are easily readable.
Content Structure:
Organize your content into sections such as Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.
Use clear headings and subheadings to guide viewers through the poster.
Visual Elements:
Use high-resolution images and graphics to enhance visual appeal.
Ensure that charts, graphs, and illustrations are easy to understand and relate to your research.
Font and Text:
Choose a readable font style and size for the text. Sans-serif fonts like Arial or Calibri are often preferred.
Avoid overcrowding your poster with too much text; use bullet points and concise sentences.
Color Scheme:
Maintain a cohesive color scheme that complements your content.
Avoid overly bright or distracting colors.
References:
If applicable, include a section for references or citations.
Use a standardized citation style, such as APA or IEEE.

Video Presentation
Platform
Video must be submitted via YouTube.
Provide YouTube link within registration.
Title
Craft a compelling and descriptive video title that accurately represents your presented content.
Duration:
Submitted video must not exceed 3 minutes duration.
Video Quality:
Video submitted must be of Full HD (1080p) resolution.
Ensure good audio quality.
Content:
Presenters may introduce themselves and their institutions.
Content must be relevant to the theme provided by IUDC.
Ensure that the content adheres to the community standards outlined by YouTube.
Visuals:
Include relevant visuals, such as slides, images, or video clips.
Avoid excessive usage of flashing lights.
IUDC welcomes creative freedom.
Music and Background Noise:
Use background music judiciously, but ensure it doesn't overpower your voice.
Minimize or eliminate background noise.
The video must be uploaded on YouTube. Please set the privacy setting to ‘Unlisted’ if you wish to restrict the audience to those who only have access to the link of your video.
