6) .passiveon [Turns Passive on, which means nobody can rob you and you cant rob anyone]
7) .passiveoff [Turns Passive off,which means anybody can rob you and you can rob anyone]
8) .enable rob [Turns on Robbing for the Server] [Server Admin Only]
