Custom Pillows

This was a sweatshirt belonged to   a life-long Green Bay fan.  He  was wearing it when his daughter was born. 20+ years ago.  It was showing some wear, especially in the sleeves.  He asked me to turn in into a pillow to give to his daughter and her new baby.  

My son started a new job at Heartland Family Service, and we turned one of his t-shirts into a pillow for his office.  

This pillow is one of six I made from a circle skirt that belonged to the mother of one of my good friends.  There are 6 daughters - I was able to get 6 pillows out of the skirt,  each with fleece backs and removable, zippered covers.

This originally was a college tasseled blanket from Minot North Dakota, the alma mater of my son-in-law's dad.  It was over 50 years old and moth-eaten.  I was able to salvage enough for this pillow, including some of the tassels
