Former Master's Student, Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, UC Santa Cruz

About Me

In September of 2022, I earned my Master of Arts in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology De at UC Santa Cruz, working with Drs. Terrie Williams and Rita Mehta. I received my bachelor's degree from the United States Air Force Academy in 2013, and my master's degree from the Air Force Institute of Technology in 2018.

I am interested in the behavior, ecology, and physiology of cetaceans and cephalopods, and am also passionate about science that can influence and inform conservation policy and the management of our natural resources.

In my free time, I love to stay active outdoors (surfing, skiing, mountain biking, camping), compete in obscure rec league sports, be an extremely amateur photographer (all photos are by me, unless otherwise noted), and daydream about my future pizza/gelato shop.

that have turned to stone

at dawn on the moors.
