Philippians 4:8-9 challenges you to transform the way that you think. In fact it pushes to avoid unhealthy thoughts and routines that are shown in our world everyday. The thoughts that you constantly play in your mind are the one that manifest in your daily life. So, what are you thinking about? Take some time out of today to be intentional about what you think and change it. For every negative thought, think three positive ones.
