App Name: iTrack – Attendance App
iTrack (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is an internal application used within our organization for employee attendance management. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when employees use the iTrack app.

We collect basic employee details such as:

Morning and evening break timings
Lunch timings
Total work duration
To ensure accurate attendance tracking, the app collects:
Device location (latitude and longitude)
Location is recorded only when performing attendance actions such as login, logout, or breaks.

The collected data is used strictly for:
Tracking employee attendance
Managing work sessions and breaks

However, no system is completely secure.
If Google Sign-In is used, authentication is handled securely by Google.
We do not store or access your Google account password.

Location Permission → To record attendance location
Internet Access → To sync data with internal servers
Employee data is retained as per organizational policies and requirements.

View their attendance data
Request corrections
