Asset and Work Order tracking made simple
Asset and Work Order tracking made simple
Just open iTrack with an internet connected device and add any asset you wish to track. Enter the asset name, record a serial number, give a location, attach owner’s manuals and related documents, even take a photo if you like. Your team members will be able to view it.
See something that needs work? Create a Work Order, pick the asset, write a description, assign it to anyone with an email address, and take a photo of the problem if you like. Work information is automatically sent.
iTrack helps organize work. Problems are tracked and tend not to slip under the rug. Work Orders can be prioritized and remain on your list until resolved and closed. Maintenance is documented. Asset information is easy to find.
Jeff Zortman has been farming full time in Kansas since 2006. As a former software developer, Jeff used his skills in information management to develop iTrack. iTrack is used on his own farm to manage asset information and work to do lists. iTrack is available on a "per user per month" subscription basis. All data is transferred with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and is housed on highly redundant servers located in a highly secure and reliable Data center in Chicago. All data is available for download in CSV file format. Subscribers can terminate service at any time.
