報名 REGISTRATION

• 研討會上午和下午場次的參與是免費的。然而，如果您是論文發表者，需要支付相應的註冊費用。

Morning and afternoon sessions are free for attendees. Paper presenters require the registration fee (Paper submissions have fees).

• 發表者: 新台幣 1,500 元/篇 (包含會議資料袋與線上版本大會摘要集)。

Paper presenters are charged TWD 1,500 per paper, which includes conference materials and online abstract collection.

• 每篇額外論文: 新台幣 1,000 元/篇 (2 篇論文同一作者需繳交新台幣 2,500 元，3 篇論文需繳交新台幣 3,500 元)。

Additional papers per author: TWD 1,000 each (2 papers: TWD 2,500; 3 papers: TWD 3,500).

• 外籍作者以英文投稿論文: 免費。

Non-Taiwanese authors submitting papers in English: Free of charge.

• 註冊費用的收據將統一於研討會大會報到時提供。

Receipts for registration fees will be distributed during the conference.

• 每篇論文至少需要有一位作者以「論文發表者」的身份完成報名並繳交費用。

         Each paper must have at least one author registered as the "paper presenter" and complete the registration by paying the fee.

• 下午場次的論文發表將提供參與者和論文發表者兩種選擇：線上或實體參與方式。

         For the afternoon session, participants and paper presenters will have two options for participation: online or physical mode.

繳費指南 PAYMENT

• 繳費方式 (Transaction Procedure):

  1. 註冊費匯款至：臺灣銀行信義分行（代碼：0040543）

       Pay the registration fee to: Bank of Taiwan, Xinyi Branch (Branch Code: 0040543).

• 2. 帳號：054001500417，戶名：中華民國資訊應用發展協會

      Account Number: 054001500417. Account Name: 中華民國信息應用發展協會.

• 3. 請在轉帳時的「備註」欄位填寫您的「真實姓名」以便核對。

      Please write your "passport name" in the transfer notes for verification.

• 匯款流程: 論文接受後，再進行繳費，並上傳「繳費證明」。

After the paper is accepted, proceed with the payment and upload the payment proof.

• 多篇發表作者: 若您是兩篇以上的發表作者，請相應匯款稿件數的費用（例如：發表2篇，匯款金額為2500元）。

If the authors have multiple papers to present, please pay the registration fee for each paper separately. For example, 2 papers = a total of 2,500 TWD.
