Introduction
ITI for Women Tilak Nagar Delhi is pioneer Institute established in 1996 exclusively for women. In today’s world, technology is playing pivotal role for the development of society. In present scenario vocational education has become life blood for the progress of any state. Now a days when there is a clamor for emancipation of women from shackles, in form of orthodox views of society, such type of women’s vocational institute always helps, better half of society to emancipate from such fatter and no progress. This ITI is not only imparting quality training but also overall personality development of girls students through various activities. This ITI is located at the prime & easily approachable place which is located in the main market of Tilak Nagar Metro Station. Presently ITI(Women) Tilak Nagar is offering courses in various emerging areas of different Technology under NCVT/SCVT i.e. Computer Operator & programming Assistant, Draughtsman (Civil), Stenographer & Secretarial assistant (English), Basic Cosmetology, Sewing Technology.
Objectives of Alumni Portal
To develop a relationship between ITI FOR WOMEN TILAKM NAGAR Alumni and the institute.
To provide professional interaction with the institute and undergoing trainees with alumni and endeavor to create career opportunities.
To accept funds in the form of gift, donation, subscription, etc. and utilize the same for Conduction of annual meets, student welfare programs also including organization of Annual and periodic Lectures / Seminars / Symposia, etc.
To organize socio-cultural events and interactions between Alumni and their family members ;
To felicitate and honour our distinguished Alumni, who have excelled and posted at higher position or contributed for society and their respective domains.
Extending a help in terms of internship / apprenticeship / OJTs / Job Placements and providing entrepreneurship opportunities for our trainees.
