 Steven Putnam has 23 years of engineering/testing/inspection experience and is currently the owner of the independent testing firm, Ithir Testing, LLC. He is responsible for maintaining all facets of the company, including but not limited to enrolling and maintaining accreditations, materials testing and reporting, business development, employee certification requirements and certifications, and customer service. His background spans many aspects of the engineering and consulting field with experience performing numerous forms of testing and inspection. A great resource, he is always happy to help where he can.
