Q1: How do i place an order?

WhatsApp us and provide your design requirement and we will review your requirement with following the 3 easy step below:

1. Provide your desired design requirements.

2. Make the required deposit / full payment.

3. We’ll confirm your order and start working on your project. Once everything is confirmed, your project will be scheduled immediately.

Q2: When will I start receiving the design concepts?

You will receive the first design concept within 2–5 working days, depending on the project type and complexity.

We will always inform you of the timeline before starting, so you know exactly when to expect your first draft.

Q3: Do I get revisions for my design?

Yes. Each package includes a specific number of revisions (clearly stated in the package details).

Revisions are meant for refining the selected concept — such as adjusting colors, fonts, layout, or minor elements. Our goal is to ensure the final design meets your expectations and brand direction.

Q4: Are there any hidden or additional charges after placing an order?

No hidden charges. The price you see is the price you pay — based on the agreed project scope. Additional charges will only apply if:

• You request extra revisions beyond the included limit

• You change the project scope significantly

• You add new design items after the project has started

We will always inform you before proceeding with any additional cost.

Q5: What if I am not satisfied after all revisions are completed?

We are committed to delivering quality work and ensuring client satisfaction.

If you are still not satisfied after all included revisions:

• You may request additional revisions at a small fee, or

• We can discuss an alternative solution that better fits your expectations.

*Please note that deposits are non-refundable once the design process has started, as time and creative effort have already been invested.

Q6: What files will I receive after the project is completed?

You will receive high-resolution, print-ready and web-ready files such as:

• AI / EPS (Editable source file, subject to the design job)

• PDF

• PNG (Transparent background)

• JPG

If you require other formats, just let us know in advance.
