We're Matt & Rachel, longtime friends turned soulmates of 10 years who live in beautiful West Michigan!

Matt works in aviation maintenance and Rachel works in legislative public relations. We also own and manage several rental properties, one of which is a duplex we currently live in and are renovating. We are passionate about passive income and share a goal of retiring ASAP so we can boat around the world! 

We never sought out to become Instagram famous, but after creating an account to share our DIY projects with friends and family, our videos quickly gained a massive following from all over the world! We have thoroughly enjoyed the added motivation to be productive that comes from both our supportive and not-so-supportive followers.
