We will be away from Cornell on sabbatical for the 2022-2023 academic year, and are looking for a family who will enjoy our lovely home while we are away. There is a family room with 70" TV with surround sound and reading nook, a large living room / playroom with a fireplace, a half-bathroom, a home office, and is attached to our 2-car garage.

The second floor has a large master suite with vaulted ceiling, master bathroom and walk in closet, three additional bedrooms (one of them is currently being used as a second home office), and a second full bathroom.

The basement level is finished and has a fully equipped exercise room (treadmill, exercise bike, weight bench, chin-up bar, Bowflex, free weights) with TV, and additional fireplace, plenty of storage, and a large bonus area.

CONVENIENT, QUIET, FAMILY-FRIENDLY LOCATION CLOSE TO CORNELL : Our home is on a half-acre lot, in a quiet, peaceful, and very family-friendly neighborhood on a circle with no through-traffic. Lush landscaping and trees surrounds the property and provides shade and privacy, and the backyard is completely fenced-in. Enjoy the oversized back patio with outdoor furniture and hammock, or the covered front porch. The Cornell campus is very close by - an easy, flat, 10 minute bike ride away (or a 5 minute drive; there are also nearby bus routes). 5 minute drive (15 minute walk) to the Ithaca mall, amenities, restaurants, supermarket, Ithaca Bakery, and coffee shops. 8 minute drive to the airport. Great school district - Cayuga Heights Elementary School is less than a mile away, and Ithaca High School is nearby.
