QUALIFICATIONS:

• • • Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline

    • Minimum 3 Years of experience in BI/ Analytics Tools, 2 years of experience in Tableau/reporting tool is required

    • Experience in RDBMS (MySQL, SQL Server) and knowledge of emerging technologies including NoSQL is required

    • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques

    • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

    • Proven experience in taking ownership and delivering projects

    • Proven experience in delivering tasks in collaboration with business and IT partners

    • Experience in Big Data technologies is preferred, preferably Cloudera Hadoop, python, Hive, Sqoop

    • Experience with working API’ to extract data from internal and external systems preferred

    • Experience in writing complex SQL queries is required

    • Strong follow-through, problem identification, analysis and solving skills

    • Demonstrated ability to absorb, and understand new information, technologies, and practices quickly

    • Ability to communicate at all levels, with a strong understanding of business data requirements and strong communication skill

    • The ability to read audience and address questions confidently

    • Experience in Risk domain is added advantage

    • Experience working in a multinational environment strongly preferred
