A. Sensitive Permissions
•Camera: Used solely for barcode scanning of pharmacy items and capturing receipt or invoice attachments for business record-keeping.
•Biometrics: We use biometric sensors (fingerprint/face) to provide a secure login experience. All biometric data is handled by the Android system; our app never accesses or stores your actual biometric prints.
•Location: The app requests location access to assist in identifying the pharmacy address during device registration. This is optional and used only during the setup phase, will be used later for guiding customers to your pharmacy location.
•Bluetooth: Used to connect to and print receipts on compatible thermal printers.
B. Personal and Device Data
•Device ID: We collect a unique Device UUID automatically generated by the app to manage software licensing and prevent unauthorized access to your pharmacy data.
•Business Data: Information provided during registration (Pharmacy name, group, country, contact person, email, phone) is used strictly for licensing management and technical support.
2. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to ensure app stability and functionality:
•Google Play Services
•Firebase (Crashlytics, Analytics, Firestore, Auth): Used for stability monitoring, secure user authentication, and data synchronization.
•Google Drive API: Used if the user chooses to back up their business data to their personal Google Drive account.
3. Data Retention and Security
We retain business data as long as your account is active. We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit, to protect your data.
4. User Rights and Data Deletion
