Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 2026
This privacy policy applies to all apps developed and published by iTech Tools Apps. Different apps collect and process information differently, so this page begins with a short global section that applies to every iTech app, followed by per-app details. Find the heading that matches the app you are using.
Global — applies to all iTech Tools Apps titles
iTech Tools Apps does not operate any backend servers and does not maintain a centralized user database. We do not sell, rent, or share data with advertisers or data brokers. Where an app integrates a third-party service (for example, an AI provider or a government data API), that integration is described in the per-app section below, including what data is sent and to whom.

ProcureAIPro (iPhone and iPad)
ProcureAIPro is a "bring your own key" app for federal contractors. It runs entirely on your device.
What iTech Tools Apps collects from ProcureAIPro users: nothing. The app has no user accounts, no email collection, no analytics, no advertising identifiers, no third-party tracking, and no crash-reporting frameworks. iTech Apps has no servers that receive data from this app.
What stays on your device: projects, proposals, saved contracts, compliance matrices, Go/No-Go evaluations, capability statements, and notes are stored locally with Apple SwiftData. API keys you choose to enter are stored in the iOS Keychain. Settings → Erase all my data or uninstalling the app removes everything.
Optional third-party services you may connect:
SAM.gov (U.S. General Services Administration) — If you enter a SAM.gov API key, the app sends your search terms, NAICS codes, set-aside filters, and date ranges directly to https://api.sam.gov to retrieve federal opportunities and attachments.
AI providers (one of, only after you opt in): Groq, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, xAI Grok, or a custom OpenAI-compatible endpoint URL you supply. Before any data is sent to a provider, ProcureAIPro shows an in-app consent screen describing exactly what will be transmitted. The app will not contact a third-party AI provider until you tap Agree & continue. What is sent: the prompt text for the feature you invoked (RFP text, contract description, proposal questions you typed). What is not sent: keys for other providers, your SwiftData database, device identifiers, contacts, location, or anything unrelated to the prompt you initiated. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy: Groq (https://groq.com/privacy-policy/), OpenAI (https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy), Anthropic (https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy), Google (https://policies.google.com/privacy), xAI (https://x.ai/legal/privacy-policy). Revoke at any time in Settings → AI provider → Remove key.
Apple StoreKit — Used for the one-time $9.99 Pro purchase and Restore. Apple handles the transaction; iTech Apps receives no payment information.
Children: ProcureAIPro is for adult professionals and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
