Principal Trainer/Consultant of iTeach iGrow, LLC; Grand Prairie, Texas
I am an Analyst of Learning and Development with over 9 years' experience within Human Resources and Information Technology. My client ranges from Administrative Assistants to Chief Technology Officer using methods of face to face, blended online, coaching/mentoring, and webinars.
My expertise lies within leadership, organization, process management, implementation, and continued support. I am passionate about providing guidance, mentorship, aiding and supporting people to be a better version of themselves as they grow as individuals or within their professional careers.
I graduated from Texas Woman’s University in Denton Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Child Development and Master’s in Business Administration. I am certified in Information Technology Foundations and a Google Level 2 Educator.
iTeach iGrow, LLC is about meeting people where they are and creating a guide on how they can optimize technology skills. The focus is about providing transparency through discussion and assessment of an individual skill or a group understanding of software applications. My goal is to meet your needs and for us to create a partnership by working together to get our best results.
iTeach is designed to close the gap or reduce the margin of disadvantage in your brand. You are taught to understand that you or your business/company are a brand and a brand that needs to grow whether it’s from personal to professional skills. The goal is for you to take ownership of your growth (iGrow) through the documentations, online courses, or face to face discussion analysis session provided.
