The deadline for registration for the quiz competition is 22th October, 2024. However, please note that due to circumstances prevailing at the time, the organizers reserve the right to close registration before the stated deadline. We encourage you to complete your registration as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience. Currently Registration has end in Krowor Municipality.
Every School is obliged to first register before proceeding to register every contestant (Student).

STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR REGISTERING IN THE I.T. BRAIN QUIZ COMPETITION.
Receive Invitation: Schools will receive an official invitation from the Education Office, including a registration link and details about the competition.
Access Registration Link: The designated teacher or school coordinator should access the registration link provided in the invitation.
Visit the Quiz Website: Use the registration link to visit the official I.T. Brain Quiz website.
Complete Online Registration Form: Fill out the online registration form with the required information.
Submit Registration: Review all the information entered for accuracy and submit the registration form online.
Await Confirmation: After submission, the registration will be processed by the quiz organizers.
Receive SMS Confirmation: Upon successful registration, the school’s designated contact person will receive an SMS confirming the team’s participation in the competition.
Prepare for the Quiz: Once confirmation is received, teams can begin preparing for the competition, following any additional instructions provided in the confirmation message or on the quiz website.
The eligibility requirements for registering in the I.T. Brain Quiz competition are as follows:
Student Status: Participants must be enrolled as students in a recognized Junior High School by the Ghana Education Service within the specified municipality or region.
Grade Level: Only students in JHS 1, JHS 2, or JHS 3 are eligible to participate.
Team Composition: Each school must register a team consisting of 3 students. Two students will be allowed to seat for a contest and the other reserved as a substitute.
School Endorsement: Teams must have the endorsement of their schools, with a teacher or school official acting as the team’s advisor or coordinator.
Submission Deadline: All registration forms and required documents must be submitted by the deadline specified by the organizers.
Geographical Location: Schools must be located within the designated geographical area specified by the competition (e.g., a particular municipality, district, or region).
Consent Forms: Participating students must have their 'Student forms' signed by their parents or guardians, allowing them to participate in the quiz competition.
Compliance with Rules: Participants and schools must agree to adhere to all competition rules and guidelines as established by the organizers.
