Kad Prihatin Siswa Program (“Program”) is an initiative by Ministry of Higher Education (“MOHE”) under its Student Holistic Division of the Higher Education Department, in collaboration with all the public universities in Malaysia (“Universities”) with the aim to implement the financial savings initiative, cashless campus, smart campus, uniform student identification and establishment of better financial eco-system for the students, management of the Universities, Perbadanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Nasional (“PTPTN”) and MOHE.
