iTalkbro ("the App") allows users to record audio on their personal device and combine that audio with images from their personal collection to create "meme" video files on their personal device. No personal information is required, captured, stored, or transmitted by the App except to the extent that generated "meme" videos (containing voice audio and/or personal images) may be saved locally on a user's personal device and shared by the user using email, text message, AirDrop, or social media.
