The unit A2 is call Developing a Progression Plan, the main purpose of this unit is developing some skills and behaviour needed to progress to the next level. You must be able to identify progression opportunities and creating a plan. There are many contents in this unit some are benefits of developing a progression plan, finding about progression opportunities, setting a progression goal, creating a progression plan, etc. You will learn some transferrable skills such as written communication and managing information.

This unit is based on skills and behaviour. You must be able to explore the skills and behaviours needed to meet the progression goal. This unit is graded in the next way, identify an intended goal to pass, identify a clear progression goal to merit and identify a realistic progression goal to distinction. Produce an outline progression plan to pass, produce a clear progression plan to merit and produce a detailed and achievable progression plan to distinction.
