Prof Indraneel Mukhopadhyay, Ph.D. has Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science & Engineering under Technology from the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (formerly known as West Bengal University of Technology) on “Network Security in Business Application” in 2017. He is Certified in Business Analytics from Harvard Business School Online 2021, IBM Certified Cyber Security Analyst 2020 and he is also CMI Level 5 Certified Manager from Chartered Management Institute, UK. Prof Mukhopadhyay is the Head of the Institute (HoI) and Professor of Amity Institute of Information Technology, Amity University, Kolkata. He has been a competent leader, offering over 25 plus years of comprehensive experience in all aspects of Teaching and General Administration in leading educational institutions. Exposure to administration and supervision of university activities including planning, organizing, and directing educational programs. Expertise in supporting colleagues and administration in facilitating intellectual growth by creating an atmosphere of mutual respect and open communication. He has successfully conducted Faculty Development Programs and Students Awareness Camps on Cyber Hygiene both in India and abroad. He has also successfully conducted multiple “Workshops on Raspberry Pi3’ in Canada and the United States of America between 2015-2017 at the University of British Columbia and Columbia University.

Prof Mukhopadhyay is also an IBM Certified Cyber Security Analyst. Certified as Entrepreneurship Educator. His research interest is Conflict Dynamics in Healthcare and Covid Awareness. He has multiple papers in the field of Network Security, Cyber Security, Blockchain, Health Science. He has over 25 Journal publications, 24 conference publications, 7 Book chapters, 7 published patents, 1 granted copyright and 2 edited book publications. He has completed 5 projects (Govt. / DST) and has conducted 13 Conferences / Short Term courses / Awareness program. He is a Senior Member Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), a Member the Institution of Engineers (India), a Member All India Management Association (AIMA), a Life Member Calcutta Management Association (CMA), a Life Member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE).
