What is IntraICARUS?

IntraICARUS is the intranet of the ICARUS project which will be used for internal communication of the partnernship. IntraICARUS is only accessible to authorised members and it is not public.

The intraICARUS is the place where we communicate, store documents, discuss issues related to the activities of the project. IntraICARUS includes a repository of documents divided by activity, and a section on the latest news and a forum to allow Q&A.

On intraICARUS you will find:

Budget and timeplan (please do not modify these documents, but instead download them for your perusal)
New AF (and should the AF be modified again, we will upload it there)
Contact list
All project documents

HOW SHOULD PARTNER USE THE INTRAICARUS?

All partners should cooperate to ease internal communication.

Use intraICARUS!
Regularly check the intranet for updates
Update the contacts of your organisation every time is needed (e.g. change of staff, new staff), in the section "Contacts".
Get in touch with the LP if you wish to have a new colleague accessing the intraICARUS
Upload the deliverables under your responsibility in the related folder (section "Project")
Follow ICARUS social media and interact with them. Mention the project when you are posting something related to it.
IntraICARUS can be used by every project member, and you may also want to use it to share large files or ask for contributions that do not relate with a specific deliverable (e.g. pictures from partners)

FINALISATION OF DELIVERABLES

The process for finalising the deliverables is as follows:

The partner completes its draft report and sends it to the activity Leader, the Lead Partner and the WP Leader.
Once the draft report is approved by the LP, the WPL and the Activity Leader, the deliverable is shared to the partnership for feedback.
The responsible partner must upload the deliverable on the relevant folder under the label "Project". The responsible PP notified the partnernship.
