Where can I find tryout information?

Can I join a sorority/other clubs?

YES! Our tryouts are after rush and recruitment, so feel free to rush! Many players on our team have joined sororities and managed both activities. Other girls on our team are involved with other organizations on campus. We encourage you to make school your top priority, and will not be excluding girls in other activities.

What do I need to bring to tryouts?

Please bring your Redbird ID and a check/cash for the tryout fee ($20). 

How often are practices?

We practice at the Horton Field House between the football field and Tri Towers. Our practices are typically twice a week on Monday (8 - 10:00pm) and Wednesday (8 - 10:00pm).

How much does is cost?

Our cost is around $250 - $275 per semester. Our fee depends on the funding we receive and includes hotel accommodations,  travel expenses, tournament entry fees, etc.  We will be participating in fundraisers to help keep the cost down.

How many people make the team?

We have 2 teams, Red and Black, each has between 8-10 players on our travel team and 4 practice players for a maximum total of 24 players.  Our elected executive board of 5 players is guaranteed to make a team, ALL other players must tryout each year since no spots are guaranteed.
