Developed a cutting-edge interactive experience that allows users to explore and interact with a hillside residential community. This solution provides a detailed and lifelike representation of homes and their surroundings, enhancing the decision-making process for potential buyers.


Technical Details


Environment Design:

- Needed a highly detailed virtual environment representing the residential habitat, complete with terrain modeling, landscaping, and architectural features.

- Applied realistic, interactive home models that users can explore, including exterior and interior spaces, with dynamic lighting and environmental effects to simulate different times of day and weather conditions.


Architectural Visualization:

- Added precise 3D models of homes and surrounding areas using pre-built assets, ensuring that every architectural detail was accurately represented.

- Integrated these models into Unreal Engine 5.3 to achieve photorealistic rendering and smooth performance across platforms.


Interactive Design:

- Interactive features that allow users to customize home interiors, change materials, and explore different layout options can be implemented.

- Implemented a "Neighborhood Exploration" mode where users can navigate the entire community, interact with points of interest, and view property details.
