Conference Venue (TB310, Anderson Hall)

All talks will take place in Auditorium TB310, located in Anderson Hall. Please use the Main (Etiler) Gate — marked as the starting point on the map below — to enter the South Campus of Boğaziçi University. TB310 is located on the third floor of Anderson Hall, which houses the School of Arts and Sciences and can also be located via the Interactive Campus Map.

Wi-Fi on Campus

Wireless internet access across all (seven) campuses of Boğaziçi University including the South Campus is provided through:

Travel

Boğaziçi University has multiple campuses across the city. The conference will take place at the Department of Mathematics, located in Anderson Hall on the Boğaziçi University Güney Kampüs (South Campus).

The nearest airport is Istanbul Airport (IST), approximately 40 km from the university. Another nearby option is Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW), located about 50 km away on the Asian side of the city.

Getting to Boğaziçi University

From Istanbul Airport (IST):

Option 1: M11 Metro (Airport–Gayrettepe)

Take the M11 metro from inside the terminal and get off at Gayrettepe (approx. 30 mins.) From there, there are three options:

1a. Exit via the AVM/Metrobüs exit. Take bus 43R or 559C. Get off at Boğaziçi University.

1b. Transfer to M2 metro (Hacıosman direction). Get off at Levent (one stop). Transfer to M6 metro. Last stop is Boğaziçi University.

1c. Take a taxi (approx. 20 minutes, less if traffic is light).

Option 2: Havaist Bus (HVL-9) (Havaist timetable)

You can get off at 4. Levent or Zincirlikuyu Metrobüs. From there, three options:

2a. Get off at 4. Levent . Take M2 metro (Yenikapı direction). Get off at Levent (one stop). Transfer to M6 metro. Last stop is Boğaziçi University.

2b. Get off at Zincirlikuyu. Use the underpass to reach the bus stops (Levent–Sarıyer direction). Take bus 43R or 559C. Get off at Boğaziçi University.

2c. Get off at 4. Levent or Zincirlikuyu. Take a taxi (approx. 20 minutes)

From Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW)

Option 1 : Bus E-3 ( E-3 bus info)

Take bus E-3 to 4. Levent (approx. 90 minutes depending on traffic). From there:

Take M2 metro (Yenikapı direction). Get off at Levent (one stop). Transfer to M6 metro. Last stop is Boğaziçi University.

Or take a taxi (approx. 20 minutes).

Option 2 : M4 Metro + Metrobüs

Take M4 metro (Kadıköy direction). Get off at Ünalan. Transfer to Metrobüs (Beylikdüzü direction). Get off at Zincirlikuyu. Exit towards Levent-Sarıyer. Take bus 43R or 559C, or take a taxi.

From Söğütlüçeşme Train / Marmaray Station

Option 1: Metrobüs

The Metrobüs stop is right next to Söğütlüçeşme station. Take the Metrobüs. Get off at Zincirlikuyu. Exit towards Levent-Sarıyer. Take bus 43R or 559C, or take a taxi.

Option 2: Ferry via Üsküdar (recommended during rush hour) (Üsküdar-Aşiyan ferry schedule)

Take Marmaray. Get off at Üsküdar. Exit via Deniz Hatları. Take the Üsküdar-Aşiyan ferry from Üsküdar İskelesi. Take the funicular next to Aşiyan pier. Arrives at the main gate of Boğaziçi University South Campus.

Lodging

Graduate students who indicated a need for lodging support on the registration form should expect to hear from the organizers closer to the conference regarding their accommodation arrangements.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide lodging support for non-junior participants. We recommend booking a hotel or short-term rental (such as Airbnb) in or near Beşiktaş.

WARNING:

We have been alerted that individuals posing as travel agencies or conference accommodation coordinators are sending phishing emails inquiring about participants' lodging dates in Istanbul. These messages are fraudulent. Please disregard them and do not respond.

Any email not coming directly from the organizers of the event can be safely ignored.
