Eligibility to present posters
All delegates attending the conference—including students, junior faculty, and senior members—are eligible to submit and display posters.
Eligibility for Poster Prizes
Poster prizes are restricted to:
Students (MBBS, MD, DM, PhD, PDCC)
Junior faculty who are not students and who are ≤ 5 years post MD/DM
Author Registration and Attendance
The first author must be registered for the conference and must be present in person at the time the poster is displayed in the conference. The presenter must be a registered member of ISRTP. Visit https://theisrtp.com/become-a-member for ISRTP membership.
Poster Categories
Posters will be classified into two categories:
Case Reports: up to and including 3 cases
Original Studies: 4 or more case series and research studies
Poster Dimensions: Poster dimensions will be communicated separately.
Number of Posters per Delegate
Each delegate may submit a maximum of two posters, with no more than one poster per category.
Poster Submission
The completed poster must be emailed to isrtp2026@gmail.com on or before [10/10/2026], along with proof of conference registration. (Institutional affiliation to be removed. Only the presenting author name to be mentioned)
Evaluation Process
All posters—including those not eligible for prizes—will undergo online evaluation by a minimum of three judges, scheduled 7 days before the conference.
Case reports: 3-minute presentation time
Original studies: 5-minute presentation time
The top 20% scorers in each category will be shortlisted for an in-person presentation during the conference.
Awards for Case Reports
Prizes for case reports will be based on the combined online and in-person evaluation, and the results will be announced during the Valedictory Function.
Awards for Original Studies
The top 20%, based on the online evaluation, will be further evaluated by an in-person evaluation by a separate set of judges, and the top 5 will be selected for the platform presentation. Final prizes will be determined based on an assessment by a separate panel of judges during their platform (oral) presentation at the conference.
Posters of all the selected abstracts must be displayed during the conference, irrespective of online selection. However, only the top 20% of the selected posters in each category will be judged in person.
