Israel M. Oliveira

I was born in Brazil in 1987. For the past years, I've conducted research explorations in Grammar. My research is focused on: Grammar, Syntax, Generative Grammar and Genetic Algorithm, from the minimalist model and biomathematical approaches. I have an interest in Mathematics, specializing in Algebra. I have also interested in research in the field of Artificial Intelligence, with a specialization in Machine Learning, studying the topic Deep Learning. 

I'm passionate about learning and following what's new in the science, for that I’m always reading books, blogs and more. I share them in my newsletter. I've organized the last research student workshop in Federal University of Minas Gerais (Portuguese: Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, UFMG). I also love to teach. I give research classes at UFMG.
Currently, I study graduation in Mathematics from the UFMG. Many moons ago, I graduated in Language and Literatures - Degree in Portuguese and English from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais  (Portuguese: Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais, PUC Minas) in Brazil. In my spare time, you can find me eating, having coffee and reading around in the backyard of my house, programming computers or playing with my two cats.
