We work exclusively with licensed hotels, transport companies, and guides.
All services listed in your voucher (airport pickup, accommodation, meals, excursions, return transfer) are contractually guaranteed.
Any non-availability will be replaced by an equal or higher category service or refunded.
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
50% refund for cancellations 15–29 days before arrival.
No refund if cancellation occurs less than 14 days before, unless due to verifiable force majeure (see below).
If the trip is canceled due to events beyond anyone’s control — such as flight bans, war escalation, epidemic lockdowns, or natural disasters — we will offer:
Free rescheduling, or
Full or partial refund depending on supplier recovery conditions.
All refunds are processed within 14–30 business days.
Minor adjustments (hotel of same standard, time change) may occur to ensure safety and quality. If the change significantly affects your experience, you will be offered:
Equivalent upgrade, or
Refund for the specific component affected.
Flights are not included. Packages cover ground services only (hotel, transfers, meals, excursions, airport pickup and drop-off).

We retain only essential booking and invoicing data for 7 years (as required by tax law).
