The duration of the presentations is as follows:

Plenary lecturers (45 min) = Talk (40 min) + Discussion (5 min)

Invited lecturers (30 min) = Talk (25 min) + Discussion (5 min) 

Invited lecturers (20 min) = Talk (16 min) + Discussion (4 min) 

Speakers on Contributed and Student/Young researcher sessions (10 min) = Talk (7 min) + Discussion (2 min) + Alternation (1 min)

Speakers for contributed talks in the High Energy Physics session (20 min) = Talk (16 min) + Discussion (4 min) 

For Onsite speakers from abroad: 

Purchase Travel power plug adapters (to fit "Type A": power supply 100 V) for Japan

The final program with abstracts will be sent to all registered participants.
