To prevent COVID-19 Infection

Currently, COVID-19 cases are increasing in Japan. We would like to kindly ask all of the on-site participants once again to thoroughly implement basic infection prevention measures to protect themselves. (22 Nov. 2022)

To prevent COVID-19 infections, non-woven masks are required in the venue.

Neither welcome reception nor a banquet will be held for this symposium. (Virtual reception for student attendees will be held online using oVice after the symposium on the 3rd of December.)

To enter Japan for foreigners, please see the following measurements for border control. Note that the visa exemption scheme for Diplomatic and Official passport holders of 55 countries was resumed from 0:00 am JST on the 11th of October, 2022.
