Oral presentations
Presentations by postdoctoral researchers and students will be allotted 10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion. All other presenters will have 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion. Presentations must be in pptx format. The aspect ratio of the slides must be 16:9 (widescreen). All presenters will use their own laptops for their presentations. We kindly ask the next speaker to be seated in the designated seat at the front (next speaker's seat) and be prepared to start immediately after the previous presentation.
Please note that the projector at the venue supports only HDMI input. An adapter from USB-C to HDMI will be available on site. If your device requires a different type of connector (e.g., VGA, DisplayPort), please bring your own adapter.
Poster Guidelines
The size of the poster should be 84.1 cm (width) × 118.9 cm (height).
Each poster must clearly display its assigned number. Poster numbers will be announced online by the end of July, and will also be available at the congress venue. The poster number corresponds to the designated location for display in the exhibition area.
Pins or tape for mounting posters will be provided on site. Posters must be removed by the authors at the end of the congress.
Posters will be available for viewing in the exhibition area throughout the duration of the congress. Authors are requested to be present at their poster during the time slots specified in the final program.
