The International Symposium on Power, Energy and Cybernetics (ISPEC) is an initiative to connect students, researchers and engineers all over the world who are studying, researching and working on the fields of Power, Energy and Control. It is intended to be organized biannually for scholars to share their wisdoms and visions in the related fields. This year, the 2nd International Symposium on Power, Energy and Cybernetics 2023 (ISPEC 2023) is hosted by Vietnam Automation Association. It is held on December 17, 2023 as a one-day, virtual academic symposium aiming to attract original research papers and short letters in various topics in the fields. The scope covers recent cutting-edge technologies and applications in power electronics, electric drives, power system, control, robotics, etc.

PAPER SUBMISSIONS

The following paper categories are welcomed:

• Regular papers should be at least four pages length describing original research works and are not being considered for publication elsewhere. All accepted regular papers will be published on the Thanh Dong University Journal of Science and Technology (ISSN: 2734-9500) after presented at ICPEC 2023. 

• Short papers should not be longer than two pages summarizing the research works. Originality is recommended.
