For Oral Presenters
・Presentations will use one LCD projector (VGA connection).
・USB-C to VGA and HDMI to VGA adapters are available at the venue.
・You may use either your own PC or a venue PC for your presentation.
・The venue PC runs Windows 11 with PowerPoint 2021.
・Please bring your presentation data on a USB flash memory in case of emergency.
・Presentation Time (The presentation time will be determined in late October, after the program has been finalized. ）
Plenaly lecture (PL): 35 or 30 minutes
(30 or 25 minutes for presentation, 4 minutes for discussion, 1 minute for preparation)
Special lecture (SL): 20 or 15 minutes
(15 or 10 minutes for presentation, 4 minutes for discussion, 1 minute for preparation)
Special Session (SS): 20 or 15 minutes
(15 or 10 minutes for presentation, 4 minutes for discussion, 1 minute for preparation)
Invited lecture (IL): 20 or 15 minutes
(15 or 10 minutes for presentation, 4 minutes for discussion, 1 minute for preparation).
Please take special care not to exceed the presentation time to ensure smooth proceedings and effective discussion.
For Poster Presenters
・Posters will be displayed from November 22nd to 24th.
・Discussions will be held in the evening of November 22nd.
・Poster board size is about 90 cm wide by 210 cm tall.
・Your presentation number tag and ribbon will be affixed to the upper left corner.
・Please remove your poster by noon of Day 3.
・If not removed within this time, it will be disposed of by the conference office.
Best Poster Presentation Award
All students and postdoctoral researchers who present a poster are automatically eligible for this award, with no additional registration required. The award is given for outstanding research achievements and poster presentations.
Please see “Award and Photo” to get a sense of the atmosphere of the venue and the award ceremony.
