Design of experiment (DoE)
The term "design of experiments" (DOE) refers to a specific field of applied statistics that focuses on the planning, carrying out, analysing, and interpreting of controlled experiments to determine the variables that affect the value of a parameter or set of parameters. DOE is an effective instrument for data gathering and analysis that may be applied in a range of experimental settings.
Process optimization is the use of organised techniques, approaches, disciplines, and tactics to enhance a particular process within the confines of a project or initiative.
Heat Treatment, Gas Carburizing and Anodizing
Heat treatment uses heating or cooling—typically to very high temperatures—to harden or soften materials in order to obtain the desired outcome. Annealing, case hardening, precipitation strengthening, tempering, carburizing, normalising, and quenching are all heat treatment processes.
