MAXIMUM 15 TOTAL GUESTS at any given time - Fine of P10,000. Subdivision rules are very strict so we have to implement this accordingly. Children 2 years old below are FREE and do not count towards the total number of guests.
VISITORS NOT ALLOWED - Even if visitors drop by for a short period of time (example, 15 minutes to have a meal or drinks). They will be counted towards the total number of guests.
Drivers, babysitters/yaya's, maids, cooks and others whether they spend the night or not, will be counted towards the total number of guests.
Checkout is fixed at 10AM. Staying past 10AM will incur a penalty of P5,000.
No Karaoke, live band, loud speakers. Small bluetooth devices are OK.
Damages - damages shall be deducted from your security deposit. Please do not use adhesives to stick decorations on furniture or walls.
No Smoking - Smoking area is provided in the pool deck area, game room and lawn. No smoking inside. Penalty of P5,000
Parking available for 4 cars only.
We do not allow frying of dried fish (buwad) and consumption of durian fruit inside the villa. They have a very strong unpleasant smell which may stay for days and future guests might be uncomfortable with the scent.
Furthermore, the owner reserves the right to eject the guests for unruly, disrespectful, boisterous loud behaviour, or any other actions not acceptable by general community standards. Should this happen, the P5,000 security deposit shall be forfeited.
