To ensure a safe and successful trip, Island Outsiders has established the following rules. Violation of any of these rules will result in a Tour Participant’s immediate dismissal from the tour.
No participant shall consume alcoholic beverages at any time during water, adventure and/or amusement park excursions, regardless of age. This rule applies even if Participant is over 18 years of age.
The use of any illegal substance or drugs by Participant at any time during the trip is strictly prohibited. If Participant intends to use any prescriptive drugs during the excursion, such prescriptive drugs are acceptable.
Participants shall not intentionally damage or destroy any property belonging to the tour destinations or any third party during the trip. Participant shall refrain from engaging in any activity that results in damages or destruction of any property belonging to the tour destination or any third party. Any costs associated with damages to property caused by Participant, either intentionally or negligently, shall be the responsibility of Participant and/or Participant’s Guardian/Parent.
Participant shall not indulge in any illegal activities or aim at breaking any municipal, state or federal law.
Participants under the age of 16 years of age should be accompanied by a Guardian/Parent. By participating in the excursion, parents automatically agree that excursions can include foreseeable and unforeseeable risks and hazardous activities inherent in the excursion which may expose the minors to illness, injury, death or property damage, whether by accident or negligent/intentional misconduct of a third person. Participant or Guardian/Parent freely and voluntarily participates or allows participation in the excursion with the knowledge of the danger involved and hereby agrees to expressly assume and accept any and all risk of illness, injury, death or property damage.
Participants should anticipate signing a waiver form provided by the destined attraction. Refusal to sign said form will exclude the participant from that specific excursion. A refund for the attraction will be reimbursed based on Island Outsider's refund policy.
Non Swimmers should wear a life jacket for all water excursions and tours.
Island Outsiders will take no liability whatsoever for personal injuries or property damages to Participant or to third persons arising out of the participation in the excursion. Safety measures will be taken in the event of any inflicted injuries.
Participants with critical medical conditions/ illness that can limit their ability to participate in some excursions should alert our tour guide or reservations personnel at the booking stage.
Fighting, bullying and condoning arguments are strictly prohibited.

Cancellation must be done 7 days prior to the date of the trip, 100% deposit refund free of penalty. If cancellation is done less than 7 days prior to the trip, only 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
Bank transfers must be confirmed before booking confirmation is sent.
Reservations made 7 days or less prior to departure will need to be paid in full by cash.
If a participant fails to board the designated bus before departure or the excursion starts, or leaves the excursion or visit while in progress, the participant shall not be entitled to any refund of any kind or a travel voucher towards future trips. Island Outsiders have no liability whatsoever in the event a participant fails to board or check in prior to departure or commencement of the travel program or leaves while the excursion is in progress. In such cases, guests are responsible for their own travel arrangements and costs of transportation to the port of embarkation and/or return travel home.
A valid government-issued ID is required for all Adult participants.
Itineraries may vary due to weather conditions and location.
No firearms or knives allowed on trips carried out by Island Outsiders.
Photos and Videos captured of other participants should not be posted without their permission.
