By downloading, installing, or using the Pixel Aquarium mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

4.3. User Content: You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the App. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the App.

5. In-App Purchases and Virtual Currency

5.1. The App may offer in-app purchases and virtual currency. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

5.2. Virtual currency and items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money or items outside the App.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
