Aloha! My sourdough origin story began during the pandemic and truly took off during the government shutdown. I created my own sourdough starter and started experimenting in the kitchen. It began with bread—one loaf at a time and one win at a time—slowly perfecting my recipe through patience and practice. After countless attempts, I finally got it just right.
From there, I set my sights on sourdough cookies—a favorite dessert made a little healthier. Try after try, I perfected that recipe too. After sharing my creations with my community, I decided to start selling my baked goods, not just to offer something delicious, but to share my passion for sourdough.
