Due to a water leak from the ceiling, the Masjid administration identified a need to replace the building roof in the near future. This requires fund-raising from the Muslim community. Until the Masjid administration has enough funds to start the roof replacement project, a few spots on the roof will need repaired urgently, which will also require some funds. Your generous donations are imperative to keep the only Masjid we have in Princess Anne operational for our daily as well as weekly activities.

A few members of the Maryland Eastern Shore community gathered at the Princess Anne Masjid to explore the idea of establishing the first full-time Islamic School in the region (Iqra Academy). Attendees proposed Salisbury to be the home venue of this school, considering its proximate location to Fruitland, Princess Anne and Ocean City. Additionally, attendees discussed the needed steps and barriers to creating the school and agreed to hold another meeting at Salisbury Masjid on 4-19-1444; 11/13/2022, at 12 noon. In the meanwhile, data will be collected on potential students, including numbers, ages, and addresses.
