Privacy Policy — Islamic Games Together
This Privacy Policy applies to the Islamic Games Together application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices, developed by Onur Demircan (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is provided "AS IS".
Information the Application Collects
1.1 No Registration Required
The Application does not require account creation or registration. Players may use the Application immediately upon installation. The Service Provider does not collect names, email addresses, or any personally identifying information during onboarding.
1.2 Multiplayer Networking
The Application uses Photon Fusion 2 (provided by Exit Games GmbH) to enable real-time online multiplayer functionality. When a player participates in an online session, the following technical data is transmitted to Photon's servers solely for the purpose of establishing and maintaining the connection:
A temporary display name entered by the player within the Application (not linked to any account or identity)
The device's IP address, required for network routing
In-session game state data necessary to synchronize gameplay between players

1.3 Analytics (Optional — Consent-Based)
The Application integrates Unity Analytics (provided by Unity Technologies). Analytics collection is entirely optional and remains inactive unless the player explicitly grants consent through the in-app data-sharing setting. Consent may be withdrawn at any time via the Application's settings menu.
When consent is granted, the Application collects anonymized, aggregated gameplay data for the sole purpose of improving the Application. This includes information such as the device's system language, the selected in-app language, which game modes are played, gameplay configuration settings (such as round count, player count, and time limits), and which word categories are enabled. None of this data contains or is linked to any personally identifiable information.

1.4 In-App Purchases
The Application offers non-consumable in-app purchases (such as word packs and player-limit upgrades) processed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The Service Provider does not collect, process, or store any payment or billing information. All transactions are governed by the respective platform's terms and privacy policy:

Purchase entitlement status is stored locally on the device and verified through the relevant platform.
1.5 Automatically Collected Technical Data
Certain basic technical information may be collected automatically as part of standard platform operation, including device type and operating system version. This information is used solely to ensure application compatibility and is not shared for advertising purposes.
Location Data
The Application does not collect or use precise real-time location information from the device.
Artificial Intelligence
The Application does not employ Artificial Intelligence or machine learning technologies to process user data or deliver its features.

The Application does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13, or the applicable minimum age in the user's jurisdiction. The Application includes no registration mechanism, social profiles, or any means by which a child could submit personal information.
Should the Service Provider become aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information, such data will be deleted promptly. Your Choices and Opt-Out Rights
Players retain the following controls over data collection:
Analytics consent may be declined or revoked at any time through the Application's settings menu. Upon revocation, all analytics collection ceases immediately.
The Application may be uninstalled at any time to halt all data collection. Standard uninstall processes provided by the device or marketplace apply.
Multiplayer networking is only active when the player actively joins or hosts an online session.
Data Retention
Anonymized analytics data, if consent is granted, is retained by Unity in accordance with their own data retention policies.
Purchase entitlement data is managed by Apple or Google. The Application retains only a local record of ownership status on the device.
Multiplayer session data processed by Photon is transient and not retained beyond the active session.
Local settings and consent preferences are stored on the device and are removed upon uninstalling the Application.
Requests for deletion of any data held by the Service Provider may be directed to gravityvortexstudios@gmail.com and will be addressed within a reasonable timeframe.
Security
The Service Provider implements reasonable technical and procedural measures to safeguard information processed through the Application. However, no electronic system can guarantee absolute security, and the Service Provider cannot warrant that data will be free from all potential breaches.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be revised from time to time. Any updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Application following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
