a. Images and Camera Access
We access device photos and camera only when you choose to upload or capture an image to perform a reverse image search.
Permissions used:
READ_MEDIA_IMAGES (Android 13+)
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 12 and below)
Image handling via Firebase:
Uploaded images are temporarily stored in Firebase Cloud Storage to create a public URL used for reverse image searching via search engines like Google or Bing.
These URLs are tokenized, long, and unlisted — meaning they're not indexed or publicly visible unless someone has the direct link.
Only one image per session is stored — uploading a new image automatically deletes the previous one.
Images are generally retained for a very short duration (typically minutes) and are never stored permanently or reused.
🔐 Note: Since these are technically public links, users are advised not to upload private, sensitive, or identifiable images unless they consent to that temporary exposure.
All image access is done securely over HTTPS
We do not access your gallery in the background. Only the images you intentionally select or capture are used.
CAMERA
Purpose: These permissions are essential for core functionality—to let users upload or capture images and search for similar content online.
We do not access your full gallery or media storage in the background. We only access what you select through the system picker or camera.
Images are processed temporarily and are not stored unless you explicitly save them.
b. Network and Internet
Permissions used:

ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
Purpose: To send selected images to reverse search engines (Google, Bing, etc.) and fetch results in real time.
c. Advertising ID
Permission used: com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID
Purpose: For non-personalized or contextual advertising and app performance analytics.
Ad partners may receive your Advertising ID to improve targeting, frequency capping, or fraud prevention.
Users can reset or disable their Ad ID from device settings.
d. In-App Billing
Permission used: com.android.vending.BILLING
