How to join the ISI 2024 Tokyo

Step 1 (Registration): 

If you would like to participate in the symposium, please first visit the Registration Site and send us the registration form as early as possible.

Step 2: 

After submitting the registration form, a payment link will be sent to your registered email address. Please proceed to pay the registration fee (JPY 20,000). The final deadline for the online payment is October 12, 2024 for all the attendees and  is August 31 (The deadline is extended to September 13), 2024 for presenting authors. It is possible to pay the registration fee later on-site, but the fee will be higher (JPY 30,000).

Step 3 (Abstract Submission): 

If you would like to give an oral or poster presentation at this symposium, please inform us in the registration form. Once your payment of the registration fee has been confirmed, you will receive instructions on how to submit an abstract:

We recommend you to submit your abstract via  the Abstract Submission Site. If you have any issue to access to the submission system,  please ask to <ISI20241113@eps.sci.titech.ac.jp>. We will send you MS word template for the abstract. Then, please fill in all the required fields and send back to <ISI20241113@eps.sci.titech.ac.jp>. 

The deadline for abstract submission is August 31 (extended to September 13), 2024. Due to limitation for the oral presentation slot, even if you wish to make an oral presentation, it may be changed to a poster presentation. The program will be finalized by the end of September. Note that the abstract fee is JPY 5,000 for both oral and poster presentation.
