I completed the MEAL Essentials Certificate, a 4-hour and 30-minute learning program focused on the core principles, practices, and tools of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) in humanitarian and development work. Through this course, I learned about the fundamentals of MEAL, including MEAL planning, data collection, data analysis, and the effective use of MEAL data for informed decision-making and organizational learning. The curriculum also helped me understand how MEAL contributes to accountability, evidence-based programming, project performance, and improved development outcomes. As part of the certification process, I completed all five courses and sat for the 30-question MEAL Essentials Exam, which required a minimum score of 80% to pass. After four attempts, I successfully achieved the 100% passing rate and earned the certificate. Overall, this course strengthened my ability to understand and apply MEAL concepts and gave me a more structured, evidence-based, accountable, and results-oriented approach to humanitarian and development projects.
This two-week practical training program on the Bangladesh Labour Act & Rules Masterclass provided an in-depth understanding of the key legal and regulatory aspects governing employment and workplace practices in Bangladesh. It covered important provisions of the Bangladesh Labour Act and relevant rules, including workers’ rights and responsibilities, employment conditions, workplace regulations, leave and working hours, wages and benefits, occupational safety and health, disciplinary procedures, and employer–employee relations. Overall, the training enhanced my practical understanding of Bangladesh labour legislation and improved my ability to interpret and apply relevant labour laws and workplace regulations effectively.
This course on Certified Volunteerism: Connect, Engage & Develop provided a comprehensive introduction to volunteerism and the knowledge and skills required for effective community engagement. It covered the importance and necessity of volunteerism, volunteer networking, crisis response, the role of volunteering in Bangladesh and the global context, and ways to develop oneself as an effective volunteer. The course also focused on teamwork, leadership characteristics, problem-solving, communication skills, emotional intelligence, empathy, and basic IT skills. Through practical case studies on citizen journalism and real-world volunteering experiences, the course further developed my understanding of community participation, responsible volunteerism, and social impact. Overall, the course strengthened my interpersonal, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and volunteer engagement skills while enhancing my ability to contribute effectively to communities and respond to social challenges.
This course on Introduction to Personal Finance provided a foundational understanding of managing personal finances effectively. It covered essential concepts related to budgeting, saving, financial planning, managing income and expenses, making informed financial decisions, and developing responsible money management habits. Overall, the course enhanced my understanding of personal financial management and improved my ability to make practical and informed financial decisions for long-term financial well-being.
This 300-hour professional skills training course focused on caregiving for persons with special needs. It covered basic first aid and emergency response, occupational safety and health, effective communication with persons with diverse support needs, identifying disabilities and developmental problems, professional ethics and safeguarding, daily living support, end-of-life and palliative care, positive behavior and emotional well-being, and social participation and community inclusion. Overall, the course enhanced my knowledge and practical understanding of providing safe, ethical, and compassionate care to persons with special needs.
This 19-minute microlearning course introduced the essential tools and best practices for effective remote work and collaboration. It covered choosing the right communication and meeting platforms, running productive online meetings, using cloud storage for collaboration, securely sharing and accessing files from any device, and selecting the most appropriate communication method for different situations. Overall, the course enhanced my understanding of digital collaboration tools and improved my ability to work efficiently in a remote or hybrid team environment.

It explored how to create an effective workspace, maintain productivity, and manage organizational and interpersonal challenges. That’s why IFAC has arranged a Certificate Course in Islamic Economics & Finance to educate the people with all the necessary concepts which will enable them to avoid the haram spread around them.

This workshop was combined with visual story telling and film making techniques. Our workshop instructors were renowned film makers of Bangladesh, Amitabh Reza Chowdhury , Sound specialist Nahid Masud , Cinematographer Nehal Quraishi and Film maker Rezaur Rahman Khan.
This youth exchange program held in University of Dhaka with association with Youth for Democracy & Development, School of Youth Development & Forey International. A team of Nepalese student came in Bangladesh to visit us, share their culture and heritage and also learn about us. We had a good time in the session and knew a lot about Nepal

My short film " Mentaoia - A short film about cadet life " was selected for top 5 best films in Creative works in Visual Media made foe children. I was invited in the award ceremony where 3 films were finally awarded .

Famous theatre artist and film Director form UK, Mark Bishop took this workshop on how to make film without any budget. Now in the technological advance era, we all have smart phone and PC so we do have a chance to make a film using our phones. He guided us to make a simple short film on our own.
I submitted my first short film " Friend - The story of an odd friendship " .It was shown in the festival and lastly got the Runner up prize in under 18 category among 70 other films.
In 2011, in this national level story writing competition , about 100000 stories submitted , only 1 thousand best stories were selected for prize giving ceremony in National Museum Bangladesh. My story was selected in among the best 1000 all around the country.
