ADOBE Research

I had the pleasure to work as a summer intern at Adobe Research India in 2021. I worked with Dr. Gaurav Sinha in the Data-driven systems group. On the satisfactory completion of my internship, I was given a placement offer :)

A glimpse of my work:

  • I worked on Machine Learning with Label Proportions which is closely related to Ecological Inference.

  • The specific challenge was to use the proportions of multiple labels and increase individual-level prediction metrics above the state-of-the-art.

  • I designed two algorithms to train Gaussian Process Classifiers and Neural networks with multiple label proportions, and one of them is accepted as a patent. (USPTO application number 17/680,932)

  • As the patent is under processing, the specific details of the algorithms are confidential.

I had the pleasure to work as a research assistant in this project, which was done in a collaboration of IIT Delhi and Denso International India. I was guided by Dr. Subodh Sharma of CSE, IIT Delhi. My assignment in the project culminated with a successful Proof of Concept and a white paper.

A glimpse of my work:

  • I used Hyperledger Fabric (v 2.2) to develop a permissioned Blockchain system for food supply chain management for Denso.

  • The working prototype consisted of DApps in JavaScript to seamlessly interact with Fabric API to facilitate order traceability and non-repudiation.

  • I was the primary contributor to the codebase.

  • I did my first Proof of Concept demonstration and was the first author of a white paper.

  • I am continuing to work on the project to date, in a consulting role.
